Is your company Licensed?
Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by  Monmouthshire County council.

Are your prices per car or per person?
Our prices are per car. The price you see is the price you pay.

How early do I need to book my car?
The earlier the better. However, 48 hours would be recommended.
If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone.
If you make an online reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle
unless you receive a confirmation.

Can I make a booking on the phone?
Yes you can make a booking on the phone our telephone number is 01600-709980 this is often the best method if you are making a last minute booking.

If you make an online or e-mail reservation,
there is no guarantee that you will be sent a vehicle
unless you have received confirmation of the booking.

How long will the journey take?
We ask you to allow plenty of time for your journey.
We would prefer you to have an extra coffee at the destination
than be sitting in the car worrying.
We are happy to advise you on your journey at the time of booking.

Will you meet us at any time of day?
Yes we provide a 24 hour service. We will meet you at any time of day
there will be no extra charge for unsocial hours.

How do I meet the chauffeur at the airport?
Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals area of the terminal.
He or she will be holding a board with your name and flight details on.
You will find many chauffeurs with greeting boards standing in various parts of the arrivals area so be sure to check your destination and details with the chauffeur.
We are also able to text you to say where we are standing in the arrivals hall, such as next to WHsmith or Costa.
What can we do if we are unable to find the chauffeur?
If you are unable to locate our chauffeur please ring 01600 709980. These numbers are 24hr and will be answered by someone who will be able to contact the chauffeur allocated to your booking.

What if the flight is delayed or early?
We monitor the flight status from the office and keep the chauffeurs updated at all times.
The chauffeur will arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the flight lands.
If you have made other arrangements with the office prior to travelling,
the chauffeur will arrive according to the given details.

I have completed an online booking form, will you confirm the booking?
Yes we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt.
If you do not get this confirmation please contact us as it is likely that we have not received your booking.

Do I have to pay any additional costs for waiting?
The chauffeur will arrive at the airport 20 minutes after your flight arrives or as arranged and will wait for 1 hour.
If you are delayed and you require the chauffeur to wait longer,
please contact us as soon as possible so we can instruct the chauffeur
that you have arrived and are delayed.
The waiting time is charged at 20 per part hour after the first hour. If we do not hear from you, the chauffeur will leave the airport.
If you have any reason to believe that you will clear more quickly and that you have hand luggage only, please advise us at time of booking so we can arrange for the chauffeur to arrive at the airport 10 minutes after the flight lands.

Can you guarantee that your chauffeur will be at the airport on time?
Though we make every effort to arrive on time, it is difficult to predict traffic and other situations outside of our control.
We will contact you via the public address system
at the airport or leave a sms message or voicemail
on your mobile if we are delayed.
These instances are very rare.


Can I pay by credit card?
You may pay by card in advance.

Can I smoke in the car?
Smoking in licensed private hire vehicle is against the law.

Do we need to tip your chauffeur?
It is at the discretion of the passenger, but in the UK, a tip is offered as a sign of appreciation for good service.

How much luggage can I carry?
It is essential that you book a vehicle capable of carrying your luggage.
Please note that if you do arrive with too much luggage for the vehicle
you have booked, we will do our best to provide a solution to get you to your destination.

Do you accept last minute bookings?

Yes we do. We will do everything we can to get a suitable vehicle to you as quickly as possible.

Can I book a car and chauffeur for several days?
You can book any vehicle for as long as you may require it with a chauffeur at your disposal for as many days as you require.
